1. Digital service — nothing is shipped

Get Set Shortlist (https://getsetshortlist.com), operated by BASIL VARGHESE, sells a purely digital service: AI credits used inside the application to generate and improve resumes. No physical goods are sold, so no shipping, courier, or delivery charges apply to any purchase.

2. How and when your purchase is delivered

• Credits are delivered instantly and automatically to your Get Set Shortlist account as soon as Cashfree confirms your payment.
• Your updated credit balance is visible immediately in the top bar of the app and on your dashboard.
• Resumes you create are delivered on-screen and as downloadable PDF files from your account — available anytime you log in.

3. If credits don't appear

In rare cases (for example, if your connection dropped right after paying), the confirmation may not reach us. If your credits are not visible within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@getsetshortlist.com with your Cashfree payment ID. We verify and credit your account within 48 hours; if the payment failed, it is refunded as per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

4. Service availability

The service is delivered over the internet and is accessible from any modern browser. Purchases are intended for users in India; prices are in INR.
